At Lakshya Gems, we take utmost care in packing and delivering your crystals and products safely. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
❌ Return Policy
Due to the sensitive and energetic nature of crystals, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the case of:
- Damaged during transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect (in rare cases)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided
- Natural variations in crystals (color, shape, inclusions, etc.)
🕒 Reporting Window – Important!
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 hours of receiving the parcel.
To raise a return/refund request:

- Mention your Order Number
- Attach clear photos/videos of:
- The outer packaging
- The product with the issue
- Unboxing
❗ Requests submitted after 7 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement
📦 Refund or Replacement
After verifying your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the damaged/incorrect product
- Store credit for future purchases
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance/sale items
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect products, and must be reported within 7 hours of delivery.
